I had an amazing experience working with Emma. It was my first time buying a home and I was relocating to a new city. I told emma what I was looking for and she presented me with great options! Beings I was 3 hours away, should took initiative to go look at the houses for me, take pictures, and even Skype with me so I didn’t have to make a trip to view the house unless it was something I was really interested in. I have and will continue to recommend Emma to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I was in a little bit of a time crunch and Covid presented a few obstacles in my home buying process. Emma acted quickly and we were able to tour several homes in just a few weeks time before finding the right fit for me. She is very knowledgeable and taught me so much about the home buying process and home ownership. It is a sellers market right now so buyers must act quickly. Emma did all of the paperwork and had my offer submitted right after my home tour. She was even able to work with the sellers agent to get them to accept my offer, even though it was not the highest offer they received. Home buying was a lot of fun with Emma and she made what can be a very stressful process very seamless and a ton of fun! Emma was amazing as my realtor. We must have looked at close to 30 houses, bid on 5 or 6 before I finally got the perfect place.
